A documentary feature film about the Whiria te Tāngata pilot programme. In 2022-2023, ten artists participated in an innovative community-focused artist-in-residence trial programme facilitated by Creative Waikato. This test case set out to measure the impact such a model of socially-minded arts patronage would have on artists and their communities.
